> Steady Heart Counselling is a Victoria, BC counselling practice led by Paul Cellarius, RCC and CCC, providing therapy for children, teens, adults, parents, and families. Services include individual therapy, teen therapy, child counselling, family counselling, and online counselling for clients across British Columbia. Counselling is available in person in Victoria and virtually throughout BC.

## About

Paul Cellarius is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) based in Victoria, BC. He holds a Master of Arts in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Paul works with children, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. His approach is grounded in depth psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). He offers a free 15–20 minute consultation for new clients.

## Rates & Insurance

- Session fee: $120 per 50-minute session (individuals)
- Sliding scale / reduced rates available for lower-income clients
- Insurance: Not directly accepted; superbill provided for client reimbursement
- Payment: All major credit cards accepted
- Cancellation policy: 24-hour notice required; full session fee charged for late cancellations
